Shipping

Canadian orders:

All orders, except for wholesale, within Canada ship for a flat rate of $20.

 

USA orders:

​

All orders ship to USA for the flat rate of $25.

​

Wholesale orders:

​

Flat rate shipping rates do not apply to wholesale orders. Actual shipping fees will apply.

For US orders we will ship Duties and Taxes paid, which we will invoice you for once those fees have been determined.

 

International Orders:

​

We are not shipping beyond USA at this time, except for wholesale orders. Please check back in the future as we open up shipping to other countries.

Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

 

Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label (Airmail) or documents. Also, we label the contents as “Body Care products for Personal Use”.

Customers are also responsible for payment of any applicable import taxes, customs duty or quarantine fees. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, which will be billed to you directly by your local customs office. Please refer to your local customs office for more details on import taxes, etc.

Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. You are responsible for making sure that buying body care products from Canada is allowed. For more information, please check your local customs office.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by the local carrier to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.

 

 

Refunds/Returns

Due to the vibrational nature of the products, there are no returns or refunds.
