Shipping

Canadian orders:

All orders over $100 before taxes ship for free within Canada. All orders under $100 before taxes ship within Canada for a flat rate of $15.

USA orders:

All orders ship to USA for the flat rate of $20.

Wholesale orders:

Free shipping and flat rate shipping rates do not apply to wholesale orders. Actual shipping fees will apply.

International Orders:

We are not shipping beyond USA at this time. Please check back in the future as we open up shipping to other countries.

Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label (Airmail) or documents. Also, we label the contents as “Body Care products for Personal Use”.

Customers are also responsible for payment of any applicable import taxes, customs duty or quarantine fees. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, which will be billed to you directly by your local customs office. Please refer to your local customs office for more details on import taxes, etc.

Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. You are responsible for making sure that buying body care products from Canada is allowed. For more information, please check your local customs office.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by the local carrier to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.

Refunds/Returns

If you would like a refund on your FIRST order of any product, you do not need to return the item if you ordered one of that product. If you ordered 2 or more of that one product, then you will have to return the products to us in order to receive your refund.

All refunds on bottles and/or tubes from the same order must be processed together. Only one Return Authorization Number will be assigned to any individual order.

You may return items sold by TRASNSFORM by The Thriving Woman’s Way within 60 days of the date of delivery for a refund of the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any package returned as refused will be refunded the cost of the product minus any return shipping fee, if applicable. Additionally, packages returned as undeliverable may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. TRANSFORM by The Thriving Woman’s Way, at their discretion, reserves the right to waive any of these fees on a case-by-case basis. TRANSFORM by The Thriving Woman’s Way will pay the cost of return shipping, plus refund the original cost of shipping if the return results from our error.

Receiving a Refund:

After we receive and process your return we will refund your product or products. Please allow:

5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper.
12 to 14 business days for us to process your return.
The time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Please download the Return Form and include it in your package.
